Below are pictures taken during our October 2011 Fall Walk / Hike and the potluck dinner / meeting that followed.
This Fall, as in some previous years Fall hikes, we hiked to the top of Sleeping Giant State Park, in Hamden, CT. A 1-1/2 mile scenic trail leads to the stone observation tower on the peak of Mt. Carmel which provides an excellent view of Long Island Sound and the New Haven area After building-up a big appetite from hiking, we met at the home of Doug Davie and Liisa Lindholm for our Potluck Dinner!
